18 Passenger Minibus

It’s available to any person with a smart device—just ask your reservation rep for the WiFi password. Our onboard wireless internet is strong enough for everyone to check email, download files, or join a Zoom call at the same time. We keep you connected whether you’re stuck in traffic on I-93 or heading to a meeting in Back Bay.

This minibus does NOT have a restroom onboard—but neither do any other 18-passenger minibuses in the industry. If you need a vehicle with a bathroom, you’ll need to upgrade to a full-size charter bus (seating 36–56 passengers) or plan for rest stops along your route. We recommend scheduling breaks every 2–3 hours for longer trips.

Every 18-passenger minibus comes with a flat-screen TV mounted at the front of the cabin, visible to all passengers. The screen can be used to display DVDs, connect to a laptop via HDMI, or play content from a USB drive. This feature is popular for showing corporate videos, entertainment, or important announcements during transit. Keep everyone entertained with dual flat-screen monitors at the front and mid-cabin—perfect for playing movies, looping a company welcome video, or displaying the game plan for your sports team. Each screen supports HDMI, VGA, and composite inputs so you can connect any device. We also provide a PA microphone for announcements.

Never worry about battery life thanks to multiple 110V power outlets and USB charging ports throughout the cabin. There are standard electrical outlets and USB ports located throughout the cabin so passengers can charge phones, tablets, and laptops during the ride. These are conveniently placed near the seats so devices can be plugged in without blocking the aisle. Keep your devices charged and ready to use so you won’t have to rely on backup batteries or share outlets with other riders. Charge laptops, tablets, and phones at your seat with 110V power outlets and USB ports at every row—standard on every 18-passenger minibus. Nobody has to fight over outlets or arrive with a dead battery.

Stay comfortable in any weather with powerful climate control and personal air vents for each row. The minibus has strong air conditioning and heating systems to keep the interior comfortable no matter the weather outside. Individual air vents above each seat row allow passengers to adjust airflow to their liking. This is especially useful for trips during hot summers or cold winters in New England. Stay cool in July and warm in January—our HVAC system handles it all. Our HVAC system keeps the entire cabin comfortable even when the bus is full. Individual vents let you control airflow at your seat so everyone stays comfortable no matter the season.

Ride in comfort with high-back seats upholstered in leatherette or fabric, depending on the model. Seats are forward-facing, recline for relaxation, and include adjustable armrests. Each seat has a contoured backrest for support during longer trips. There are 18 individual seats arranged in pairs on either side of a central aisle. High-back seats with optional leatherette upholstery give your minibus an upscale look and feel. Reclining backs, armrests, and headrests make longer rides more comfortable. Fabric upholstery is available on some models for budget-conscious groups. Reclining backs and headrests make it easy to relax on longer trips.

Store backpacks, purses, and small bags in the overhead parcel racks above the seats. Larger items like suitcases and equipment can be stored in the rear luggage area, accessible through the main entry door or a separate rear door. There is no underfloor storage, but the rear cargo space is sufficient for most group trips. Bring everything you need—overhead parcel racks hold backpacks and personal items, while the rear cargo area stores larger bags and equipment. Rear cargo space accommodates larger bags and equipment for school trips, sports teams, and corporate events. Undercarriage storage isn’t available, but there’s room for everyone’s essentials.
